Salmon Curry

Heartwarming recipe! The salmon curry was thick with hints of mustard and the spices of our Mustard Fish Masala were bright. The salmon flaked off and was juicy. Oooh, I can’t wait to make this again! Try this!!!

750 grams salmon – cut in 1″ cubes.
30 grams (3 tbsp) India’s BBQ Mustard Fish Masala
200 grams chopped onions
250 grams tomatoes
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste (optional)
2 tbsp ghee

1. Stir fry the onions in the ghee along with one tbsp of Mustard Fish Masala.
2. Add in ginger and garlic paste and cook for one minute.
3. Add tomatoes and 1/2 cup water and cook covered for 20 mins on medium heat. Stir to make sure it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
4. Add 1 tbsp of Mustard Fish Masala and stir well. Cook covered till tomatoes have cooked through.
5. Add in the salmon and mix. Cook for 20 mins on medium-low flame or till salmon is flaking off.

Serve hot.
