Steps:

1. Take a bowl add 35gms of Mustard Fish Masala to it.
2. Add the ginger/garlic paste to the bowl.
3. Add the mustard oil.
4. Mix well and do the taste test. Add salt, if needed.
5. Put the fish in some aluminium foil and marinate.
6. Cook in oven @400F for 25 mins .. check the fish in the thickest part and see if it’s flaking off, if not put it back for another 5-7 mins.
7. 45 sec broil.
8. Serve with the wedge of lime to squeeze on top!
