Chicken Tikka Drumsticks

This recipe has a kick to it. The flavors of our Delhi Tikka Masala are bold and fire-y. The chicken is marinated overnight in the marinade and then put on the grill/oven and cooked to perfection. Garnish with our Tangy Chaat Masala and serve!

750 grams chicken drumsticks
30 grams (3 tbsp) India’s BBQ Delhi Tikka Masala
2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste (optional)
2 tbsp oil
1 juice of lemon

1. Make slits with a knife on both sides of the drumsticks.
2. Mix the Delhi Tikka Masala, ginger and garlic paste, oil and lemon in a bowl and mix well.
3. Do a taste test and add salt, if needed.
4. Add the drumsticks and rub the mix on the drumsticks well. Make sure to put the mix in the slits you made.
5. Refrigerate overnight (or at least for one hour!)
6. Pre-heat oven to 375F.
7. Put the chicken in for 40 mins and remember to turn over after 20 mins.
8. The internal temp should be between 165-170F.
9. Let them rest for 15 mins and serve.
